• Arrival and Departure Policy
• Check-In - 1200 Hours
• Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
• Check - Out - 1100 Hours
• Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment
• Payments Sedule
• 30 days or more from the date of departure: 40% of total package cost
• 29-20 days from the date of departure: 60% of total package cost
• 19-10 days from the date of departure: 80% of total package cost
• 10-0 days from the date of departure: 100% of total package cost
• Mode of Payment: Credit / Debit card Net banking, Neft ,Rtgs Bank transfers Paytm Google Pay Cash in Selective Cities
**Cancellation/ Redund Policy:**

• Before 30 days prior to arrival – 40% of the Land Package Cost
• 30 - 16 days prior to arrival – 50% of the Land Package Cost
• 16-06 days prior to arrival - 60% of the Land Package Cost
• 06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - 75% of the tour
• Less than 72hours or No Show – No Refund
• If the tour has already commenced, then we will try to refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you but that is depend on the revert from hotel/ vendors Side.
• Please note :For Flight tickets cancellation will follow the Terms & Conditions of the related Airlines.
• ||The cost in the packages excludes:
• Any Air/Train fare & extra travel part from the itinerary .
• Any extra hours usage of CAB after working hours
• Any entry tickets/passes/personal expense like Laundry/TIPS/Phone calls fromHotels
• Any chargeable hotel activities / events / add-on services.
• After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements, we try to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you. The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 03 days before starting of your Trip. Booking policy is subject to change depending upon the travel period and destinations opted for. 100% payment may be required in advance for specific destinations or high end hotels. In AC Deluxe Houseboat AC will be operational from 09PM to 06AM. There is no AC in Munnar ,Thekkady and Kovalam
